MyPickEmPool.com is a service for you to host a private pick'em pool. Our website is only to be used for entertainment purposes only. If your pool plays for money or awards prizes, it may be considered illegal gambling. It is your responsibility to determine if your pool is legal in your jurisdiction. You Understand: Every time your pool admin logs in they are logged in as a user. The pool admin has the ability to switch to Admin mode and then they can change users picks and confidence points for locked games, see users picks for upcoming games that are hidden and manage all users settings.

By joining a pool you accept that the pool admin is completely responsible for the pool you joined. The pool admin may make exceptions for extenuating circumstances on an individual basis. By participating you agree to abide by the pool rules and accept any decisions made by your pool admin. You understand that the only thing MyPickEmPool.com will provide for you is a service to host a pick'em pool, update game schedules and game scores. We do not offer any other services.

By Creating a pool you understand that you become the pool admin and accept full responsibility for the pool you created and you understand that the only thing MyPickEmPool.com will provide for you is a service to host a pick'em pool, update game schedules and game scores.

NO WARRANTIES: With respect to the services provided, we make no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including any implied warrantee. We take no responsibility for any damages suffered by users and users understand that they are using our sites at their own risk.
